Client Service Representative
The primary role of the Client Service Representative is to evaluate client health and welfare benefit plans and design changes, develop and implement solutions to client issues, support the delivery of contracted client service, and participate in a cross-functional team to support Producers, Account Managers, and Underwriters in servicing clients.
Business Insurance Account Executive
As a Business Insurance (BI) Account Executive in our Middle Market Business Unit, you will establish a new middle market business unit for the MMA East Region. This energetic and detailed individual will be actively involved in client management, strategic planning and insurance marketing and insurance placement for our clients.
Accounts Receivable Specialist
The primary role of the Accounts Receivable Specialist is to maintain the day-to-day activities of the accounts receivable function and support the Finance Manager in the daily process of receipts, recording, and reconciling carrier and client payments.
Strategic Account Executive
The Strategic Account Executive (SAE) is the guardian of the strategic customer relationship and orchestrates the deployment of corporate-wide resources to provide comprehensive products, services and solutions to strategic key accounts. The SAE is fully responsible for the retention, development, servicing and expansion of their assigned accounts.
Communications Specialist
As a member of the Communications Practice, the Communications Specialist will support the creation and management of communications included as part of the Employee Health & Benefits Practice’s standard consulting agreement. The Communications Specialist will work closely with Client Service Representatives and Managers to create and update materials for clients’ annual Open Enrollment campaigns. There will also be opportunities for the Communications Specialist to participate in custom communications projects.
Benefit Analyst
The Benefit Analyst is responsible for serving as the day-to-day liaison for our client contacts and their respective healthcare providers and carriers during implementations, open enrollments, and ongoing benefits administration. Responsibilities include maintaining employee eligibility, performing quality assurance tasks, resolving escalated client-specific issues, and collaborating with internal team members and other departments for client deliverables and special projects.
Technical Analyst
The Technical Analyst is responsible for providing strategic solutions related to the technical tasks and deliverables for client implementations, open enrollments, ongoing administration, and special projects. This includes working collaboratively with clients, carriers, and internal departments to develop technical and functional specifications, create and execute comprehensive test plans, and consult on system design, implementations, and business process flows.
Senior Benefit Consultant – Voluntary Benefits
As a member of the Voluntary Benefits team, the Senior Benefit Consultant (SBC) is a critical contributor to achieving a high level of client satisfaction while supporting the overall operational and technical solutions of the practice. The SBC will manage the implementation and ongoing management of new and existing Voluntary Benefit clients, which includes developing and managing project plans, creating client communications, and coordinating resources including carrier integration. The SBC will also support new and existing client sales, collaborate on the RFP process, review client profitability and develop strategies to improve plan participation.
Financial Consultant – Underwriter
The primary role of the Financial Consultant is to work with the Account Teams on assigned cases, providing complex financial analysis and utilizing modeling tools to evaluate benefit programs and their impact on overall business objectives, including the management and control of client risks and losses.
Producer
The Producer is responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, prioritizing prospective clients, and participating in Sales & Marketing events to continue to grow the market share and revenue of MMA’s suite of services. This individual will play a critical role in collaborating with the New Business Development team on the overall sales strategy while also supporting the Account Managers’ client relationships by identifying service expansion and retention efforts. The Producer must ensure a consistent flow of new revenues to the company as stated in the annual individual sales goals.
